Dominion Atlantic Railway Steam Locomotive No. 2511, Subercase.
No, 2511 was built by the Canadian Pacific's Angus Shops in May of 1907.(1) It was the second Pacific, following No 2552, to serve on the DAR. No. 2511 arrived on the DAR on January 18, 1938.(2) It is listed as a D.A.R. unit in the Motive Power Rosters in both 1941 (1) and 1947.(3) No. 2511 was returned to Canadian Pacific in May 1953.(4)
