Dominion Atlantic Railway Pullman Parlour Car, Haligonian

Haligonian was was built in 1891 by the Pullman Company as a parlor car for the Flying Bluenose. It was joined by its sister car, Mayflower in 1893. "Haligonian" was converted to boarding car No. 880 in December 1939 and served as a rest house for DAR passenger crews in Halifax, located next to the Halifax Station platform. It was scrapped in April 1955.[1]
