A standard CPR 10,000 gallon semi-enclosed wooden water tower, it was at first located by the turntable and had two discharge pies, one by the roundhouse lead and the other on the [[:Category:Subdivision Kingsport|Kingsport branch line]]. The tower was shifted closer to the river about 1943 and replaced at the turntable lead by a water stand pipe.
