Grand Pre Water Tower

A standard CPR semi-enclosed water tank, the water tower at Grand Pre was built in June 1922 to provide water the memorial gardens of the Grand Pre Park and to provide water to DAR locomotives. It used an artesian well and replaced the older and smaller Wolfville Water Tower which dated to the days of the Windsor and Annapolis Railway.[1]
