pictures/specs of draisine speeder

Post by ageofaquarius21 »

Greetings, I remember as a boy seeing the maintenance rail vehicles carrying men on the rail run between Wofville and Hantsport. I guess the proper title is draisine or speeder. Any ideas on where a fellow can get pictures and specs on this? Thanks, Quincy

Do any of the speeders you remember look like these?

We have nothing more on them on the wiki for now but would appreciate more info if you do run into some. Perhaps some of our other members can join in if they know a little more.

Here's a cool video that has quite a few different kinds:

This might be of interest: http://www.narcoa.org/ Also includes cars for sale. Keep in mind some of these speeders have fantasy paint jobs.
