The loco could be No. 16, No. 17 or No. 18 by the bracing on the cab, the tender and the headlight. All were Baldwins, built in March of 1892 dating this photo at least May of 1892 if it is No. 16 and May of 1893, it's build date if it is No. 17 or 18. Note the winter tarpaulin on the back of the engine cab. Of further interest is are the coloured stripes on the 3rd floor or the turret being clearly of two different colours. Nothing more is known of the photo except what was just supposed beforehand.
