Original file (960 × 596 pixels, file size: 259 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)
Postcard of level crossing in Kingsport, 1920s. Looking south along Main Street toward the Minas Basin at the corner of Pleasant Street with the Woodworth Store on the right and the Kingsport United Church on the left. Rails are sunken for the grade leading to the Kingsport Wharf to the left of image making them hard to see. Note the simple "Railway Crossing" sign, in the pre-crossbuck era.
