The Kentville Railyard looking east in 1977. The north yard tracks, North 1, 2, 3 and 4 are clearly shown on the left with the polished rails of the mainline on the right and a few of the south yard tracks on the far right. A string of freight cars occupy North 1. Also visible are almost all the major Kentville terminal buildings in one shot, from left to right, the edge of the Kentville Roundhouse, the Kentville Coaling Tower, the Kentville Car Shop, the Kentville Repair Shop and the Kentville Station.
