DAR pile driver No. 400002 and flat car No. 338197 at the Windsor Water Tower in April 1960. What's kind of interesting about this shot is the pile driver's steam engine is up and running while they fill its tender. With the demise of steam and the inevitable removal of steam servicing facilties, this had to be near the very end for this pile driver.
