Louis V. Comeau is a historian and collector in the Kentville known for his in-depth knowledge of Kentville history and unique photographic collection. He inherited a drive to collect local history from his father and has collected artifacts, documents and photographs focused on the history of Kentville. A big part of his work has been to gather background details about the people, places and events featured in his collection.^[1]He is the author of the 2003 book Historic Kentville and a major supporter of the Kentville Heritage Centre.
