Kentville Heritage Centre
Lynn Pulsifer, a former D.A.R. employee, writes [1] that she and her husband Brian are two of the founding members of the Kentville Historical Society [2]which was formed back in 2017 to focus on Kentville's heritage. At that time the Kentville Via Station was vacant so the Town was approached and a lease established to use the former station as a Heritage Centre. In 2020, the lease for the station was renewed for 5 years.
One of the rooms in the Centre is dedicated to D.A.R. memorabilia that includes old photos, original documents from the beginnings of the Windsor and Annapolis Railway and other interesting artifacts from the D.A.R.
Also of much interest is that Brian Pulsifer helped George Warden with George's Combine No. 3252 museum on George's property.
