Dominion Atlantic Railway Flatcars

The early DAR fleet had a large number of truss rod wooden flatcars. They were at first listed in a two digit series, likely inherited from the Windsor & Annapolis Railway but were assigned numbers in the 200, 300 and 400 ranges about 1900. Many lingered as a variety of MOW platforms. They were later replaced by steel CPR flatcars from various series.

Dominion Atlantic Railway Flat Car No. 245 built by Rhodes, Curry & Co., circa 1900.
