1929-1938 The "New Yorker" Yarmouth-Halifax Summer-Only Fast Passenger
- The New Yorker left Yarmouth at 12:15 pm Tues & Fri. Arrived Halifax at 7:55 pm, timed to connect to SS Evangeline and later SS Acadia sailing from New York.
- Ran from Mid June to Mid September.
- Only scheduled to stop at major stations, but passengers with New York steamship tickets could have it stop anywhere on the line.
