Dominion Atlantic Railway Coach No. 16, Josephine.

No. 16 was built as a First Class Coach by Rhodes, Curry & Co. in Amherst in 1904 and was a sister car to No. 17, "Madeleine".(1) One of the last of the DAR wooden passenger cars, "Josephine" ended its days as as storm window store behind the Kentville paint shop and was scrapped in March 1958.(2)

Listed in the C.P.R. M.P. 14 1950 in the D.A.R. section, this car was wood, 73' 10 3/4" and had seating capacity of 64 people. (3)
