Locomotive No. 25, Strathcona, with a westbound DAR express at Annapolis Royal making a stop at the Annapolis Royal Station circa 1920 with the freight shed behind the station as well. The storage tank in the Imperial Oil Bulk Plant in the background is lettered for "Premier Gasoline". The long storage building to the left of the tank remained there for years later in photos. It was actually the old W&AR Annapolis Royal Enginehouse in the days before the the "missing link" was completed. Note the horse with a "sloven" (a low bed wagon) picking up a steamer trunk.
The photograph is similar to the No. 25 Strathcona view at the station, R85.jg and may have been taken the same day.
