The DAR acquired the locomotive along with Midland No. 1 (DAR No. 31), Midland No. 2 (DAR No. 30), and Midland No. 3 (DAR No. 29 - 1st) when the Midland Line was purchased in 1905. It was sold to the Sissiboo Pulp & Paper Co. in Weymouth in 1921.(1)
