Dominion Atlantic Railway Gondolas
Most of the gondolas on the DAR were captive CPR gondolas in gypsum service although they could be found from time to time serving other industries as in-transit cars. Gypsum gondolas were at first CPR "Big Otis" wooded sided cars. See Gondola 351091 for a detailed example.
The Big Otis gondolas were replaced in 1963 with a fleet of steel gypsum gondolas, the 352900 series (Nos. 352924-3521990) which remained in service until the line was shut down in 2011 and are unique to the DAR. This category will still identify all the CPR gondolas it can that have been observed on the DAR system no matter where they came from.
