I added the notes at the top about mileages based on observations made in the track charts and the 1969 memo. 3 different mileage assignments are indisputable but the date ranges for them are not clear. It is surmised that there must have been a forth as W&AR mileages that may have not been changed until the formation of the D.A.R. For sure the W.C.R. section had to have had D.A.R. mileages assigned at the time of the merge.
