This colourized postcard is from the Nova Scotia Museum, History Collection. It shows the DAR railway bridge at Bear River on the left and the highway bridge on the right. The postcard was made soon after the bridge was built as the wooden trestle approaches have not yet been replaced with plate girder spans.
