Dominion Atlantic Railway Boxcar No. 1329

Built in 1907, this 36 foot wooden boxcar was the last freight car directly owned by DAR and lettered for the DAR.(1) It was scrapped by 1944.(2)

  • Inside Length: 36'
  • Outside Width: 9'10"
  • Height, rail to running board: 13'6"
  • Side Doors: 6' wide, 7'8" high
  • End Doors: 2' wide, 2'10" high
  • Capacity: 60,000 lbs, 2445 cubic feet
