Kentville was the headquarters of the railway itself. The DAR was leased to the Canadian Pacific Ry in 1911. Handle shows wear with a small piece taken out of one side, as shown. Wax Sealer DOMINION ATLANTIC RY - KENTVILLE NOVA SCOTIA CANADA DAR pre-1911
Old rare wax sealer issued by the Dominion Atlantic Railway from the Kentville, Nova Scotia depot. Head is marked "Dominion Atlantic Railway Kentville N.S." with a great "Belt" design. Kentville was the headquarters of the railway itself. The DAR was leased to the Canadian Pacific Ry in 1911. Handle shows wear with a small piece taken out of one side, as shown.
