Life with the D.A.R.

Started in 1983 as secretary to the manager Eric Purcell and the Chief Clerk Ralph Evans. When the station was closed, and the name changed to the CAR, Lynn worked by herself, becoming the line's last administrator in a small office that was created in a building just down from the old Station. Of course, the CAR didn’t last long either and by 1990, the railway became just a memory. See Lynn Pulsifer Photos for Lynn's photographs of the DAR.
