Kingston Station
Kingston's first station was a simple structure built by the Windsor and Annapolis Railway in 1869. A new station and siding were constructed in 1887.[1] The new station was built by contractors T. A. Clarke & Sons.[2] and contained the standard Windsor & Annapolis style of awning with a waiting room and freight room separated by the agent's office and operator's bay, but lacked the usual W&AR gothic window. The station remained in service until June 1, 1971 when it was closed and the order board signal was removed.[3]
