Dominion Atlantic Railway Boom Car No. 798.
A boom car apparently made from an outside-braced wood-sheathed boxcar. Listed officially in the 1947 M.P. 14 Motive Power Rosters [1] as a "tender flat" built in 1901 with steel underframe and a length over strikers of 36'-8".
Note the arch-bar trucks, wooden ends, and roof-top brake wheel that indicate the early date as noted in the M.P. 14. early date.
