1906 - Nova Scotia Chapter 163 - An Act to amend Chapter 130, Acts of 1902, entitled, "An Act to incorporate the North Mountain Railway Company, Limited, and Acts in amendment thereof."
An Act was approved by the Nova Scotia legislature on April 28 1906 to amend the incorporation of the North Mountain Railway Company Chapter 130 of the Acts of 1902 and a 1904 amendment. The amendment gave the company more time to commence construction. The original incorporation required the company to begin “effective work” by March 27, 1904. The 1904 extended this to March 27, 1906. The current 1906 amendment gave another two years of time, to March 27, 1908.

An Act to amend Chapter 130, Acts of 1902, entitled, "An Act to incorporate the North Mountain Railway Company, Limited, and Acts in amendment thereof."

Section 1. Section 1 of Chap. 137 of the Acts 1903-4, amended.
Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:--

1. Section 1 of Chapter 137 of the Acts of 1903-4, entitled, "An Act to amend Chapter 130 of the Acts of 1902, entitled, 'An Act to incorporate the North Mountain Railway Company, Limited,' " is amended by striking out the last word of said section and substituting in lieu thereof the word "six."
