544 Hébert. Saxon Locomotive (Chemnitz), 1903.
Located on the scrap line in Kentville<br? Likely 1943 as locomotive was scrapped in April 1944
The stack is capped and headlight parts may have been scavenged.
Perhaps the metal fabrication at the right is a former tender 'pilot'.
