CPR8140
Built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division as SW1200RS, Serial No. A 1740, No. 8140 in 1959. Rebuilt by CP as SW1200RSu No. 1240 in 1981.
In July 1977, 8140 returned to the DAR to replace 8134, which was sent to Montreal for overhaul.[1]
Sold to Cando Contracting in? Renumbered 1007.
