As this is in Montreal, the engine is in CPR colours and we have never seen nor heard of this engine on the DAR before, I think there's a good chance that this is NOT a DAR engine.

I searched CSTM site for engine 427 and other images for this engine were either in Ontario or Quebec running as Canadian Pacific.
