Dominion Atlantic Railway Steam Locomotive No. 1027

Built by the Montreal Locomotive Works (MLW) in June of 1912.

Evidence of this locomotive comes from Gary W. Ness in Canadian Pacific's Dominion Atlantic Railway (Volume Two) on page 21 and according to him, was sold to the D.A.R. and arrived in November 1957. We can confirm though with the photos listed below that it was present on the D.A.R. as early as 1950 and it was common practice to run C.P.R. locomotives that had not been officially been transfered.

Scrapped at Angus shop, Montreal in 1961.[1]
