Jim Taylor is a D.A.R. enthusiast with family ties to the railway and a resident of the Annapolis Valley. He is a talented N Scale modeller as well and has been generous in sharing his collection with the DARwiki.

Jim has given the DARDPI wiki permission to use his photo collection and for individuals to enjoy them for their own personal study of the D.A.R. Jim Taylor reserves all rights on his photo collection for any commercial use and forbids the use of these images on any other site without his express permission.

On his own web site he describes himself this way:

I have been a model railroader on and off for the past 35 years, mainly in N scale. My interest in the hobby stems from a long family history of railroading as well as growing up and hanging out at Dominion Atlantic Railway's Kentville Yard and shops.

My Grandfather was a conductor on the D.A.R. and my Father managed a lumber treatment plant in the early 1960's which had it's own short line. My Dad was also an avid model railroader during my younger years.
