Windsor Freight Shed

Windsor had several freight stations. The longest serving version was a long flat-roofed wooden building built to standard CPR plans about 1910 and demolished in 1974. It was located facing the brick Windsor Station in downtown Windsor, a location today occupied by a flat grassy area between the L. A. Armstrong Apple Warehouse and the southern embankment for the HW 101 overpass.
