Canadian Pacific Railway Steam Locomotive No. 315

Wheel Arrangement: 4-6-0

Built by Category:Canadian Locomotive Works at Kingston, Ontario in December 1891.

  • Builder No. 426
  • 18" x 24" cylinders
  • 58" drivers.
  • CPR Class: C1B

This locomotive was delivered to the Canadian Pacific Railway on September 1907 as CPR No. 478. It was renumbered as CPR No. 215 in May 1914 and scrapped in June 1917. It was not transferred to the DAR but appears to have been loaned to the DAR soon after the CPR purchase in 1912 based on a photo of the locomotive at the Plympton ballast pit.
