Richard Manicom 1946 - 2022
Richard Manicom took railway photos off and off beginning in his childhood years in Quebec City and during his time in Nova Scotia in the 1970s while he worked at IBM. He retired to Ottawa and began scanning his old slides and negatives and processing them with modern software.
