Dominion Atlantic Railway Steam Locomotive No. 2501.

One of the last steam engines on the DAR, No. 2501 was built by the Canadian Pacific's Angus Shops in January of 1906. It arrived on the DAR in July 1958, sharing the DAR machine shop with No. 2209 for the last few steam assignments. No. 2501 served until February 1960 when the locomotive was sent to Montreal to be scrapped.[1]
