Bear River Station

Built by the federal government in 1891 as part of the completion of the missing link between Annapolis Royal and Digby, the Bear River and the first Clementsport stations were built to federal Intercolonial Railway plans, similar to the federally-built Mount Uniacke Station. The station remained in service until June 1, 1971 when it was closed and the order board signal was removed.[1]
