Dominion Atlantic Railway Steam Locomotive No. 15 "Annapolis"
Wheel Arrangement: 4-4-0
Built by Portland Works in January 1892.
- Builder No. 623
- 17" x 24" cylinders
- 66" drivers.
This was built as Yarmouth and Annapolis Railway (Western Counties Railway) locomotive No. 4 "Annapolis" and retained its name after being acquired by the DAR.
It was scrapped sometime before 1920.
Name Origin: Annapolis, the town which the Western Counties Railway (briefly renamed in its final years as the Yarmouth and Annapolis Railway) sought to connect to its Yarmouth based line. Locomotive No. 29 also bore this name.
