Windsor Freight Shed

Windsor's freight shed was a long flat-roofed wooden building built to standard CPR plans about 1910 and demolished in 1974. It was located facing the brick Windsor Station in downtown Windsor, a location today occupied by a flat grassy area between the surviving wooden apple warehouse and the southern embankment for the HW 101 overpass.
