Dominion Atlantic Railway Track Crane No. 799
This small crane appears to run using compressed air from the train line or locomotive. It does not appear to be self-propelled, but looks like it could be removed from its transporter-flat car (using its own winch?) and moved by man-power. This small crane may also be called a "donkey crane".
