Dominion Atlantic Railway locomotives displayed a variety of number plates. They included simple circles with numbers and basic CPR style rectangles. The most notable style were the beautifully cast number plates which included a crown, indicating [[Royal Consent]] surrounded by a heraldic belt with the railway's name.
