The impact dislodged seats from the floor according to the conductor on that run, Albert "Shine" Manning. It was sent to Montreal for repairs and [[CPR9057|No. 9057]] was sent in to replace it. Photographic evidence indicates (1) that this was before April 1966.

On Saturday October 30, 1965 (2), No. 9058 was involved in a head on crash with a Burro crane.
