Entered service on the D.A.R. in 1966 after No. 9058 was involved in an accident and sent to Montreal for repairs. So far, photographic evidence indicates that in was in service on the D.A.R. from 1966 through to 1976.
Became part of VIA and renumbered to 6130 and was known to have been assigned to the E&N.
