I have found in the CPR MP14 of 1947 on page 7 & 8 a Mogul (2-6-0) type listed as a DAR unit with the number 29. Interesting piece of information as it conflicts with the reported sale date and conflicts with the engine number we assumed this unit had. Unfortunately the 1947 MP14 is missing the detail page (10-11) that would further indentify the engine. I have written to Jeff Pinchbeck and alerted him to this problem. Hopefully he can get the book back to the scanner sometime soon. http://www.cpsig.ca/data/Equipment_List/MP14_1947_Equipment.pdf | I have found in the CPR MP14 of 1947 on page 7 & 8 a Mogul (2-6-0) type listed as a DAR unit with the number 29. Continuing on, the MP14 for 1941 does NOT list a No. 29 or a mogul, however, there IS a mogul number No. 29 AND 37 listed as Quebec Central on page 7 http://www.cpsig.ca/data/Equipment_List/MP14_1941_Equipment.pdf. IS IT POSSIBLE that the DAR had a Quebec Central Mogul on the tracks in the mid forties that everybody has missed? We already have other exmaples of QC inventory on the DAR like [[DAR0999|No. 999]] and [[DAR405801|No. 405801]]. |

OK. We already have other exmaples of QC inventory on the DAR like No. 999 and No. 405801.
