Got some nice shots of what is left before it vanishes completely.

That culvert under the rail is interesting. Did the road bed sink that much or what?

I took over 800 pics and walked form Windsor Jct to Ellershouse Brage 7miles lift to explore before hitting Windsors even if the line is gone we'll know what was ones there. I'm going to soon make a video with all 800+ pics if anyone wants a copy let me know I'm not uploading it on YouTube tho.

YouTube would be the best way to share the video Nelson. That we we could even put a link on the web site to it.

Out of curiosity, what's you objection or problem doing so?

Nelson:

I just wanted to say congratulations on completing the videos and thanks so much for sharing these and the pictures with us. This was a huge accomplishment on what was obviously very tough terrain on the tracks. It's interesting how there are some areas that have been somewhat maintained, while there are others that are so overgrown that they are almost impassable. Anyway, great job, especially under difficult circumstances, and congratulations again on completing what you set out to do.

Thanks glad you enjoyed it the 31 mile hike was a lot of fun and well worth it we'll have the pics as a reminder of what was ones a grate railroad and whats become of it, reasoning i set out was to preserve as mush of the line wile the tracks are stell there as possable be recording it mile by mile. I started this project in June of 2014 and explored the last bit Sept of 2015, I can honestly say most of the tracks are useable for a light rail express train whats to become of the 2 units in Windsor is hard to say lets hope someone gets a good tail kicking and reopens the line make use of it we don't need more useless tails we need are trains! Turn in into a museum line for tourist have it running tour trains or have a dayliner use it like a on going bus back and forth.

There some saved good I got to help keep the DAR alive.
