Maybe there will be a HSWDPI.ca???

Post by stem »

I have been talking with Duane Porter at the H&SW museum and offered to help set up the same system for him that we have here. I think it would be awesome if there was a Halifax & South Western train site like ours. I know I've got probably at least 10 photos I can contribute and I'm sure everone else has a few here and there too. Because of the interchange with the H&SW at Middleton, I think it's a very compatible thing to do that may net even more information for us in the long run. For sure, it's a great tie-in for the Springfield RR stuff we have on board here that came along with the other photos from Roger Eisner's estate (thanks Ric).

What do you guys think?

The next one after that may even be here in my neck of the woods.. the NARDPI.ca

I would be very interested, and have a few photos to share.

I don't have much HSW stuff but it is still a great idea. I hope it pulls out some Hellishly Slow and Wobbly fans.

I have put in pages for all the H&SW subdivisions and pretty much all the significant stations on the HSWDPI. If anyone has any H&SW images to add (I don't), feel free to share them and I will index 'em up.
