The West Hants Historical Society in Windsor is hosting an illustrated talk by Gary Ness on the History of the DAR at their next public meeting March 3, 2011, Thursday, downstairs at
the West Hants museum, at 7:30 p.m., 281 King St., Windsor, NS. (use side entrance).
The Guest Speaker: Gary Ness, a professor at Acadia University of Wolfville, NS will give a pictorial presentation of the DAR from his vast collection of photos he has collected over the years. He has written 2 books on the DAR, no doubt familiar to anyone on this forum, and has superb photographs.

Try and recruit him to our site!!
Would love to have him add details to existing photos as he has such a vast knowledge of the railway.
Anyway you could video him giving his talk?
