Steve, does the museum have a list from us of the current members so that they know who to ship the mugs to after comparing it to the donations received list? Brian

Paul:
Wow Paul. That's a whole bunch of problems. Let see what we can do about it. I'll contact you by email.

Brian:
That's why I had specific instructions a few messages back on this thread on how to do the PayPal so that we wold have this information. If anyone misses this and doesn't provide the info, I will be contacting them personally to get it.

Please click here to go back on this thread to the specific instructions for ordering a cup from this forum initiative:

Hi Steve:

This worked fine when I was in it yesterday. Maybe it's just that several people are trying to do it at the same time.

Ho Jim,

Turned out I was blocking two PayPal cookies for the past few years.

Steve, I got a quote of $2.00 each for the mailers so at your suggested amount of 50 that would be another $100.00 plus tax we would need to raise.Brian

We will have to see at the end how many need to be mailed out then. We probably don't need more than 20 at this point to be honest and a few extra should be good if the funds are there.

We really need everyone who said they'd like cups to pay on PayPal this week please. We really want to get the invoice paid for and see how much is left over to guage how many mailers to buy.

Thanks guys! :D

Thanks Mike!

Ignore the mass mailing email then as you've already done your good deed.

Steve,

As far as I can tell my Paypal went through ok just now. Regret the delay, but I just got home. When I was in Middleton on Tuesday, they asked that I NOT leave my mug donation with them.

I hope our cups last as long as my Acadia cups that I bought and am still using 32 years later.

I missed the June 14 deadline, so should I purchase my mug from the museum?

Yeah, I missed the 14th deadline as well. What do you advise?

Please go right ahead as it there was no deadline. We were encouraging everyone to do this ASAP so we could wrap up our accounting but we are still in business for the donations.
