Let's talk about the branch that went from Middleton to Port Wade. I really know nothing about it. Who does?

So why does the Apple warehouse map show the whole line the whole way as DAR?

This was a CN line. It was abandoned west of Bridgetown in the 30's I believe. I've wondered if CN had a station in Bridgetown, because it did not connect with the DAR.
Anyway, the day I was checking out the line to Torbrook Mines, we went to Victoria Beach. The turntable pit was still there in 2005, and I have pics somewhere in storage. I couldn't find any traces of roadbed west of Bridgetown. The roadbed that went through fields was probably scraped away by local farmers.
