The flanger is clearly 904 or 905 and they were in service through the 40's and into the early 50's from what we can see from the photos we have.

Maybe see if we can cross reference some faces to narrow the date down on the gondola. The only hint of age for the plow would be that little building with the sign you spoke of Dan.
Can also double check the MP14s for the dates of service for 904 and 905 to try and date it. Maybe the gondola too.
