Permission sought for colour images, talk at May 23 show

Post by Dan Conlin »

I am doing the dinner lecture at the Federation train show this Saturday in Wolfville. I'd love to do "The DAR in Colour". For those of you with MacIntosh slides in your collection, may I use the image that you have uploaded to the DARDPI site in my talk? Please let me know ASAP. It is of course and educational and non profit use that will help attract some images to DARPI.

Hi Dan: I don't have any MacIntosh photos, but you're welcome to use anything that I have posted. Maybe the Louis Armstrong pictures taken at the Digby Wharf might be of interest. They are under my Collections page.

Thanks guys! That should help. I love that Louis Armstrong shot.
Looks like I will be up working up this talk tomorrow night.

Nice! Thanks Dan. Jim's Louis Armstrong shots on the Digby wharf are classic too. Wish we had many more like that that show well known faces and celebs.

As always, thanks for plugging the DARDPI! Hopefully one day we'll end up with another MacIntosh or Joyce collection for all your efforts!!
