Does anyone know what book this is a reprint/reproduction from

Though from what I saw of it on amazon.com for reading preview it seems to be letters from NS government to the British government about the NS Railway, Any thoughts if this might actual be in the NS archives?

Cheers, so it's basically not worth getting since we have a scanned copy on the wiki. I didn't think you could re-print old books like that!
